"This is a dirty office, and the front office staff is rude. They forgot me and I waited two hours and the doctor did not see me, on the next appt, I waited over two hrs. And the doctor saw other patients that came after me. He is disrespectful and not empathetic."

"Don’t recommend anyone to this place. Receptionist are lazy and Inconsiderate. My doctor referred me to this place, I called multiple times to get an appointment. When I finally did they forgot to mention they had two location, ended up showing up to the one in Clifton that I was referred to. Just to find out my appointment was in Paterson. When I got there, the place is dreary and disgusting and you can tell the receptionist who fail to mention it was the Paterson location I had to go too was VERY unorganized. They made me fill out paperwork, had me waiting for 45minutes while my paperwork sat on the counter where the public could see literally VIOLATING MY HIPPA RIGHTS to tell me they didn’t accept the Email referral. Like I didn’t show them that as soon as I walked and told them that I had an appointment. They are inconsiderate, this office needs a complete make over and need to replace the 2 older ladies with someone professional and efficient."

"Dr. Afonja is the best but the staff is the worst. You wait forever just to receive your iron infusions and they do not call you once they submit notice to your insurance. I had to the call the office and then they will say I will call back and then don’t call back. I waited 3 weeks to finally get an answer. Then I get to the office today to do infusion and I’m told not today because there are no doctors. Like they don’t think people have lives are work. Just ridiculous"
