I expressed that I didn’t understand something and she said “Yeah you don’t understand” and tried to make me feel dumb. Who says that to a customers face? Also she asks me a question and I answered her with one sentence and she said “It’s a yes or no question when I ask a question I don’t need you to say anything else but yes or no”. She didn’t ask me any questions about credits or deductions she just typed in the information from my W2s. I could have done that myself on Turbotax LOL. She definitely did not even try a little bit to get me a “maximum refund”. Terrible experience overall. Also she was late but I would be fine with that if she wasn’t so miserable. *I called H&R Block Customer Service / Support and they were very helpful."
