"Excellent experience!!! We are beginners and this park turns out to be a good choice for my kids and I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanted to learn how to ski or snowboard. Just keep in mind it’s a small resort and it can get very crowded really fast. Best of luck to you and have fun."

"First time to Big Snow, what a GREAT time! The check in process needs review. I waited over 30 minutes for a snowboard and the runner wouldn't acknowledge anyone. However, after getting into the snow everything went smoothly. The staff are SUPER friendly and engaging. They will give assistance and tips were needed for beginners and are ultra observant on the magic carpet. The lift is roomy and the transition off was smooth so no one crashed. For having one run, Indoor I was very impressed. It's steep as all heck so you can easily gain speed, but gives moderate riders a chance to tests skills. I cannot wait to go back!"

"I had so much fun at big snow!!!! I never snowboarded before only skied and I was very nervous to learn or try it. But the staff was amazing, encouraging, positive & knowledgeable (shoutout Eric!!!!) the cute little yeti has instructions all over so it’s very beginner friendly. Good vibes environment. Def recommend getting out there and trying it !"

"A great place for beginners. The main run takes about 40 seconds to complete and the ride to the top on the ski lift is about 3 minutes up so you can get a lot of runs in. The terrain Park is okay. Check-in is extremely easy and the staff is super helpful if you're looking for a ski snowboard experience you won't find it here but what you will find is a ton of fun I'd recommend."

"We came here for the first time to get out kiddos used to the snow and teach them how to snowboard. It was perfect for that. The staff was all really helpful and friendly. The place had a nice, clean locker area and store within. Kids go free with the purchase of an adult ticket, which was nice. But I wish they didn't limit your time there for the price. The different slopes they offered were great and perfectly split with plenty of space even though it may not look it on the outside. Great place to start out before the season, especially if you are teaching your kids. I wish they offered packages because obviously we were teaching them and not enjoying it ourselves."
