"Not pleased. I ordered the Deluxe Sophisticated Whimsy Bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day. Pictures attached of what I ordered and of what she received. The flowers are smushed and many with broken stems. It was also not delivered until 7pm. I ordered from here last year and there was an issue with the arrangement being completely different than what was ordered and the situation was rectified, but for this to happen a second year in a row is disappointing. I am just glad she received something."
