"I scheduled an appointment for a Monday at 6pm. I know I scheduled this appointment for 6pm because I work 1 hour away . I get a phone call from the office at 5:28pm that my appointment is at 5:30pm and asking me if I am still coming. I got a confirmation call on the Friday before confirming my appointment for 6pm on Monday. I explained that my appointment was at 6pm and I cannot be there in 2 mins since I am coming from an hour away. The woman says ok I will let my boss know. I pull into the parking lot of the office and I get a call from the office telling me that the physical therapist went home sick and I need to reschedule for Friday . Are you kidding me ? I'm a registered nurse and also work in a physicians office so I am familiar with scheduling and miscommunication, it happens but to make me drive an hour just to cancel my appointment is unacceptable. The office originally told me they are only seeing patients mon wed and Friday. When I said I would call tomorrow to reschedule she didnt even tell me they would be closed . I even have a voicemail confirming my appt at 6pm for Monday. Very unhappy with this office. I will be searching for another physical therapist"
