"I contacted this new facility mid December to inquire about services for my six-year-old son. First and foremost, I want to say that the BCBA Lauren was extremely pleasant to deal with. She was very detailed and honest about the expectations as they had just opened their doors and were building their staff. She gave me a clear and honest timelines to avoid overpromising which I really appreciated. Currently only a few weeks after all the paperwork has been finalized, we are scheduling services. The CEO called me directly to discuss the schedule, which was a really nice touch. They kept me in the loop the entire time during the process, very responsive in email, and so far I am very pleased with them and I look forward to being part of the SOS family."

Advertised the event to make it sound like a fun experience for the kids with Autism however it was just a grand opening event focused on recruiting parents to enroll kids for their services. I would NEVER send my child to such a dodgy place. Stay away."

"We received an invite to a “free winter wonderland sensory experience for kids with Autism and their families. This was completely false advertising. They lured in families because it was a grand opening of their business and they were hoping to advertise. We walked in and they were in the middle of a ribbon-cutting ceremony and recording something for social media. Many families were forced to wait with their special-needs kids in a hallway until they were finished. The rooms and offices and were hardly decorated, what they promised was not at all what was delivered. The space was packed full of people and that is not fun for anybody but certainly the complete opposite of sensory friendly for children with disabilities. We were extremely disappointed, they seemed completely insensitive to the very population of people they are supposed to be serving."
