"Went for a few visits and it was great. One therapist in particular, Rich, was knowledgable and helpful. He's the only reason for the extra star. Then I had surgery and a new prescription, and have literally waited 3 weeks with no one getting back to me for an appointment. Three phone calls have gone unreturned, a visit directly to the place resulted in "sorry, we've had trouble with our phones. The woman who books the appoitnments is busy, she'll call you either today or tomorrow the latest". That was last Thursday, it's now Tuesday. Looks like I need to find another place for physical therapy."
"Centrastate Hospital have you ever gone to a hospital for medical treatment and they don’t help you ?? Well DO NOT go here to the physical therapy rehab center if you don’t want to be treated because they certainly disappoint. I was hoping for improvements here being that the larger hospital was taking over. Bad service, not accommodating , constant rescheduling they won’t give you an extra minute of their time . They flat out won’t take you. They must be rolling in the dough here at this hospital to be so unaccomodating . If you plan on going in a wheel chair or have an issue parking at the hospital , traffic on rt.9, difficulty getting out of your car don’t bother going to this rehab center. If you don’t want to get here an hour early skip this place delayed my treatment for physical therapy . So aggrevated and annoyed all the trips i wasted going here. They won’t take you if your more than ten minutes late. Uncompassionate People Brian and Raquel they run the offices here. I hope they get new management here. The office staff are horrible . You get the run around like nobodies business and it’s a waste of your gas and time. Like you have nothing else to do when your your trying to get medical attention they turn you away . UNBELIEVABLE"
