"CNT-Freehold is truly a special place and I will never forget the time I spent in this facility, where I genuinely gained the skills needed to beat my addiction and begin a brand new chapter in my life. The staff is caring and attentive, you can tell they really want each and every patient to succeed and they go out of their way to put us each on a path to achieve our own personal goals. This facility gives us all a safe, judgment free space to share our thoughts and experiences, while acquiring the skills necessary to beat our addictions and simultaneously allowing us to return to our personal support systems outside of the facility with their incredible intensive outpatient program. CNT takes this non traditional approach which I truly believe should become the new trend in treating addiction. Thank you CNT for allowing me to continue being my best self and I truly can’t recommend CNT enough to anyone facing substance/alcohol abuse issues."
"I believe that CNT is the gold standard that any rehab should be judged by. Their methods on a strong path to recover far exceed any other facility. They truly care about your well being, and treat you as an individual rather than a number. Every staff member is extremely qualified in their field. They are also very passionate in helping point you to the direction of sobriety and your treatment is tailored to your actual situation. The combination of their different methods actually helps put into perspective why you are here in the first place and what work you need to do to become sober and stay that way!!! I wouldn't have gone to any other treatment facility."
"Best place to seek effective treatment in professional and caring fashion. Their out patient model increases deeper understanding of the care & learn from others. Generally in other practices, Dr spends some time with the patient until next visit. Here, besides spending little time with the doctor , you work with other professionals who educate you provide necessary tools to you remain healthy during the day. They do spend lot of time with you to keep you out of trouble. Highly recommended -"
"I first visited CNT in July after completing an inpatient detox center. Though I arrived unannounced, Victor (Director of Nursing) came out and gave me a thorough understanding of each of their programs (detox, partial care and IOP). I really thought it was a good fit but because I had a conflict with insurance (which later on wasn’t even true - the rep at my insurance company was incorrect) I chose another IOP. Fast forward 3 months and I show up again - unannounced for the second time - after relapsing. I knew I needed a detox and couldn’t leave my family again. They took me in immediately, keeping an eye on me until I was clear to begin detox medication. I attended 20+ days straight for the detox portion and am so glad I did. The medication provided was enough to keep me comfortable but not enough to where I wanted to sleep all day (once the alcohol was out of my system). The days are a good combination of structured sessions - check ins, speakers, recovery group education, nursing sessions, etc - and breaks. CNT is incredibly flexible for those who are still working and they have a back office set up where I could take calls or set up shop with my laptop. I’m now on day 42 after doing both detox and partial care and plan to begin my IOP with them. The staff is awesome - such a great combination of therapy and medical experts. There is always a nurse present. The fact that I was able to go home each night rather than do an in-patient treatment made the transition much easier, given that I wasn’t just thrown back into the real world after leaving a center that had kept me in a bubble. I highly recommend CNT if you are looking for treatment for addiction. Victor and the other nurses are phenomenal and Richard and the therapy group are so supportive. My only regret is that I waited so long to begin with CNT!"
"The staff is wonderful. They will admit you immediately. However, I learned that in order to continue treatment beyond detox Dr. Indra Cidambi does. not accept any health insurance and only will see a patient as long as they pay $350 cash per visit. . Extremely disappointing and disturbing especially after I was told how much Dr. Cidambi “cared” for her patients. Also, a dear friend and patient of CNT passed away while in treatment with CNT. I won’t go into details , but CNT should evaluate patients needs more carefully and not assume that everyone who walks into CNT will benefit from their treatment. Some people need fulltime recovery (a 24hr rehab facility). My review is only if the doctor in charge and not the staff. Again, the staff is a wonderful group of people who truly want to help. Unfortunately like most for profit businesses they must follow the rules of their boss ; in this case Dr. Cidambi."
