"My Orthopedic Surgeon referred me to the Theradynamics on 231 Street in the Bronx, New York. The staff is very welcoming, professional, and supportive of each other and the clients. The facility is clean with great air flow and temperature control. The Therapy assistants are very knowledgeable about the exercises and equipment. I started treatment October 2023 for severe Rt. sided sciatic pain and bilateral knee arthritis. My therapist is Ramy, He is a great Therapist who explains, teaches, and demonstrates about all therapeutic techniques and exercises specific for my condition. Because of Ramy's expert care, I am completely free of sciatic pain, as of December 2023, It's as if I never had it. Currently, both knees have less pain and stiffness. I also appreciate the exercise print outs for home exercise. I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Theradynamics and Ramy,"
"Ramy is my therapist, I started coming to therapy about a month ago after I fractured my ankle. Every time I go to therapy I ask for Ramy because after being treated by him I feel so much better. "Well-equipped and awesome clinic for physical therapy. My teen-age daughter had about four months of therapy for back pain from May to August of 2022. There was a clear and evident improvement of the back pain… the ache improved significantly. Today the back pain is gone. They have excellent therapists that guide and help you all the way. They show you how to navigate the equipment and also how to perform the exercises. They also give you some exercises to do at home. They have a lot of clients. You have to schedule your appointments on time though. They are also open on Saturdays."
