"Horrible, Horrible, Horrible staff. This ‘wellness center’ doesn’t even deserve one star. Mental health is a very serious issue and this front office, Melissa, Heather and others simply do not give a…. I only stay with this practice because of my long standing relationship with APN-C Donna Koby. Donna cares about me, and my well being and will jump through hoops to make sure I receive my medication refills on time. PLEASE save yourself from more anxiety & stress and find another practice."

"Finding a good therapist can be quite an overwhelming experience, thankfully once I called Westfield Psychiatric Wellness Center I felt less overwhelmed. Their staff was welcoming and provided me with beneficial information throughout my process. My sessions with Erika Hurtado were nothing short of amazing. She was patient, empathetic and provided me with insights that have helped me face life's hurdles. If you're looking for an office that will meet your needs and help you through what can feel like a dreadful process, this one is it."

"Would not recommend this place to anybody needing real care or help. I was a patient for almost two years and currently am going through a mental health crisis. When I called to try to schedule a emergency visit after my symptoms returned, the receptionist named Pat was completely dismissive of me or my concerns. After crying to her on the phone that I needed to see my psychiatrist immediately, she told me the next available appointment wasn’t until weeks away and that I had no choice but to wait until then. The psychiatrist herself was nice but she only saw me for a few minutes tops for medication management, so how was she not able to accommodate me in an emergency situation? I paid out of pocket for each visit, as they didn’t accept Medicaid. No compassion or sympathy at this place, I even told the receptionist it was a life or death situation. Instead she hung up on me because she said I cursed at her. Which I admit I did, but how could anyone not after pleading for help and getting such a callous response? They do not care about you here at all. I now have no choice but to go to ER for help, with no insurance. Good luck to anybody who tries to help at this place."
