"Mental health is not an accident. Working at it is a start, but direction is so important. In 2017 my wife and I hit a roadblock in our relationship. We wanted help navigating this in a way that was not damaging to the foundation we had built. We spent several months working with Erica both together and individually and the results were fantastic. We were willing to do the work and Erica’s guidance was pivotal in bringing our relationship back to a place where individual needs were respected and being met. Most important in this was the family unit as a whole thrived. A year later I decided to go back for individual help. My life was not bad, on the outside it was quite good. But with my two older kids becoming freshman in college and high school and my youngest entering grade school combined with some lingering health and family issues I had a lot on my plate. I needed to be sharp. I needed be there for the key people in my life who depend on me. I needed to be better balanced and prepared. I needed to be at my best. My weekly sessions with Erica proved pivotal and were key in honing the tools I needed to execute my responsibilities at the high level I expected from myself, and most important of all still take care of me and my needs. It’s not always enough to be willing to work on things. Direction is key. Erica is a true pro when it comes to guiding to the right path. Working with her has been one of my best personal decisions in years. I would venture to say my loved ones agree."
