Robert shows that he really love what he does for his patients. I have been attending to this facility for a year already and my out come had been excellent, before CEM a went to three different physical therapy clinics and no one had done what he and his team had provided for me. "TERRIBLE PLACE! PLEASE READ. Poorly managed office. I tried to make my mother a new patient appointment. We were told there was nothing available until after 3 weeks. Then we were put on hold for over 10 minutes. We decided to call back and we were immediately greeted. But, within the time frame of 3-4 minutes, we were given four different appointment slots. They kept changing it. I asked to speak to the office manager. I don’t recall her name but I explained to her how inconvenient the constant appointment changes were. We’d be given an appointment 1 week out and then 2 and then 3. No apologies were made, but she did go through and process my mother’s appointment for after 2 weeks. I asked them multiple times to call to remind my mother of the appointment the night before as she may forget. They said they will 100% call. Of course, no calls were made and my mother missed her appointment. They didn’t even attempt to reach out to her after she hadn’t shown up. We called the same day to see if she can reschedule it but for some reason the office manager (who picked up the phone) had no idea who my mother even was. She repeatedly asked her to repeat her name over 4 times, yet still asked her if her name was ridiculous male names. My mother felt ridiculed. Then, I asked the manager why she cannot find my mother’s information when we had given it to her when we made the appointment weeks before. She admitted to me that she wasn’t saved in the system. I was rightfully agitated. Once again, no remorse. No apologies. Nothing. All she kept saying was “OK. Do you want to keep the appointment or not?” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Super unprofessional and unorganized place."

"Highly recommend this PT to any wishing to get better. Rob and his staff are true professionals that put patient care above all. Ever since I sustained a gruesome knee injury a few month ago I've been getting treatment at CEM. Upon arrival Rob set me on a plan toward recovery and I haven't looked back since. "Very knowledgeable doctors! Robert fixed my neck from being stiff, like I couldn’t move, and continuously working on my hip. Steve was teaching at a university for 20 years or so. Jonatan, Whitney and Kim are fantastic as well, they are very patient. Doesn’t matter which doctor you see, they will all do their best to help you.
