"I ordered a bouquet of tulips to be delivered to my mother in law for her birthday. I was pretty disappointed when my mother in saw sent me a photo of the flowers and they were not tulips! I contacted the flower shop and expressed to the owner my disappointment and she made excuses that their website indicates that if certain flowers aren’t available, they will replace them with something else. No where on their website does it state that! We also talked the day prior to the delivery and she did not notify me that the tulips we’re going to be switched out with something else. Poor communication. I asked for a partial refund and she stated that she will not grant me a partial refund and will go back to pick up the flowers instead! Are you kidding me?! I will not have them go back and pick up the flowers that they just delivered! It’s my mother in law’s birthday! Just ridiculous. I will definitely NOT be ordering flowers from Golden Rose Flower Shop again."

"Worst customer service! They made a mistake and cut all flowers short and put into a 4” vase when we discussed in detail and she showed a sample of a tall vase- that was 16” tall! Ordered 10 arrangements which added to a nice amount of money and needed for a weekend party and she said too bad that she wrote it wrong! She refused to redo it or give me back my deposit. She didn’t even apologize or give a discount on a full wrong order! Worst customer service ever saw!"

"If you really want to make the one you love extremely happy, make sure you order your arrangement from Golden Rose. I ordered an arrangement, today, for my mom’s birthday and the entire experience was wonderful! Outside of the fact that there was a no-hassle, same day delivery option available, they also took the time to search for the flower arrangement that I saw on Facebook. Maria was just so awesome. Her husband answered the phone and was extremely patient and answered all of my questions, before passing the phone to her. When it comes to my mom, I want nothing but the best. Im happy to say that my mom was elated! We are both very hard to please and Golden Rose exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Maria (and your husband - sorry I did not catch his name), for helping to make this day even more special for me and my mom."
