"They failed to deliver my gift in time for Christmas. Tracked order and it will be lucky to be there by New Years Eve. But it will be sporting a Merry Christmas gift tag, bitter disappointment. Part 2: Called customer service as now shipping status was " voided" . Rep Molly checked on order, came back on to say the order was re-shipped but would have a new tracking #??. She emailed it to me quickly, but low and behold "tracking number not recognized ". Just keeps getting better, but they got their money!"

"I regret to inform you I had a horrible experience with your company. I ordered a basket on Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday for a Friday event at 9:00 for the Veterans. It didn't arrive on Thursday, I called Thursday, they said it would be there by 4:00 PM. It never showed up on Thursday. I called Friday morning, they said it was delivered, but they didn't know who signed for it. Then I get a voice mail back that in fact it wasn't delivered, but they were bring it this morning. I called back and said I really needed the basket to b e raffled off by 9:30, they said no problem. 9:30 came, no basket. I called again and they said he was on the road and would be there by 10:30. Several more phone calls later, it finally arrived at 11:06, long after the event was over. I personally never got to see the basket, but with delivery screw ups and bad bad customer service, I won't be using your company again."

"I live in Miami and i ordered on Friday a kosher wine with a personal engraving. i was surprised to get an email after one hour that i placed my order that its been shipped and will be at my door by august 1st. i had my doubts about it - but i got it today (one day earlier!!) and it is PERFECT! for sure will use this website again and will let my friends know about it!"
