"This place is a scam. I called them to understand their program to see if they are a fit for me. They told me that they would have to evaluate me first to answer my question, but before I had to complete many forms. After all completion, they came out with a conclusion that the place could not support my case. Months later I received an invoice of $350. When I called their billing department to learn about it, the guy was VERY rude and disconnected the phone on the middle of the call. For a place that treats mental disease they should treat themselves first."

"Genpsych was great initially. I attended from Jan 31st 2022 to April 29th 2022. All until I was recommended by the staff to attend longer than what my initial program length was intended. I disagreed and was discharged for non compliance… I wasted 3 months of time and attention for 6 hours a day in an outpatient program. I rate 1 star because after this occurred it took 2 weeks of reaching out to them to speak to anyone of importance I recommend anyone looking for serious recovery don’t waste your insurance money here you will end up being a customer rather than a patient. As for anyone else looking for treatment I will not be recommending gen psych."

"I had a great experience at GenPsych in their DBT program. It changed my life and gave me the tools I need to manage my anxiety. The front desk staff is VERY friendly and welcoming. Groups were facilitated well by intelligent and compassionate therapists so the conversations would be productive and the atmosphere felt safe. I felt comfortable sharing what I struggled with in groups and really appreciated the feedback/suggested skills to use from other group members and therapists. The only negatives are that the women's bathroom was usually out of toilet paper/paper towels and the chairs in the common area were a bit dirty. However, I would still highly recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with their mental health :)"

I was assigned to an amazing therapist who I am actually still seeing months after I completed the program. Definitely recommend GenPsych to anyone looking for an outpatient program or who is generally struggling with their mental health"
