"If it was not for the billing “department”, I would give this establishment 5 stars. I have tried for the last month or so to make an appointment with my desired LSW & all I’ve been receiving is the run-around…..if that. This establishment wants to charge my insurance as a Specialist & not the appropriate category of Mental/Behavioral Health Outpatient Services. I have tried to clear this up numerous times with no prevail. Whomever is running the billing department could be a risk for the business, as previous patients such as myself look for another. People should double check with their insurance carrier to make sure they are billed correctly."
