"I needed to cancel an order because I no longer needed flowers. Should be easy right? I sent them an email and they never bothered to answer. I’ve called their phone multiple times and they have never picked up. The icing on the cake is that their mailbox is full. How on earth are you supposed to manage a company when you can’t even be bothered to check a phone or answer the email? So disappointed. It shouldn’t be this much of a hassle just to try to get in contact with a single human being."
"I didn't get fresh flowers and it looked nothing like the pictures on doordash. Don't mobile order your flowers , check it out in person before you buy it. Made a $80 mistake. Not buying my flowers here ever again. Probably gave me a leftover batch of roses from Valentines Day. What a shame. Left = What I got Right = What was listed on their website/doordash Not a single Blue ribbon, the placement of the bear was without any plastic wrapping. Any other local florist would've gave me fresh flowers for less than $50. Didn't meet my expectations , avoid like the plague. Finally, thanks for the embarrassment. How do you send flowers out like that and not feel ashamed?"
