"Something about this place & the owner is shady. They’re money hungry. Lied that they took our insurance then come to find out they didn’t and we had to pay $175 for WHATEVER REASON they stated when clearly that wasn’t the original price for out of pocket. The owner gave a huge attitude over the phone the day of my daughter’s appointment because someone over there put the wrong credit card on our paper work and she complained why would we put a declined card on the paper work when she had our actual payment method as a “second option” I think someone at the job did that. Probably the receptionist who had his legs up talking on the cellphone while I was standing there trying to pay for the visit. He seemed like he didn’t even know how to work the computer system. I never booked the next appointment, I said I would call and a week later they said they were charging us $120 for the visit cancellation today when I never booked it!!!!! Shady, shady, shady!! Don’t go here. PERIOD."

"This therapist is horrible. I made an appointment for my son. I got a packet of intake paperwork online, and I filled the whole thing out. It took me about 1 hour… answering questions, downloading my insurance info. The day of the appt she called and gave me a HUGE attitude, speaking down to me and saying she had to cancel my son’s appointment because my paperwork was missing an address and date of birth. I know I filled those parts in but maybe the system glitched or something. In any event, why not just call and ask for my address? Why cancel on my child because of a clerical error? Totally unprofessional and rude! Steer clear."
