"Fair warning to those looking to do their taxes here. Myrna quoted a total tax liability one week, then almost tripled it weeks later upon returning to complete my taxes. She was rude, interrupted me when I tried to confront her about this issue, and called me “bitter” because I had to pay taxes and then went on to lecture me about my responsibility to pay taxes. Also, if you’re a self employed person, beware of the nice affordable sounding price for them to file for you. Online it said $85 for self employment taxes done my a profesional. Once my taxes were “done” I owed her $640 instead. No warning or explanation until the bill was due and I had to pay before leaving the office. Insane that this place can operate like this. Never going back to H&R again."
