Store managers (Brighton Beach location) acknowledged the transaction, promised to return the money, but after a month nothing has been done. Shame on the store and their owners."

Signs says cash onlytho, They wrap the flowers for you and also have ones already wrapped. Behind the Counter there’s more options such as bear roses teddy bears chocolates and balloons."
