"I had individual bi-weekly therapy sessions here for about one year in 2021, and I did not have a good experience. For such a high price tag ($190 per session) I expected more collaboration, guidance, and direction from my therapist, but was very disappointed and did not feel seen, heard, or advocated for. As a POC I had high hopes of connecting with a therapist who could truly understand my experience navigating as a first generation American. At the end of the day I decided to terminate ongoing sessions. I wish I had left sooner."
