"I've been doing my taxes with Mr. Carlos at Kedeans for years. I fly from south Florida yearly just so I can have him work on my taxes and I will continue to do so. One thing though make sure you pack some patience, it will take about all day for the process as he has a very strong customer base and he is very thorough with each person."

"Ok so I don't normally leave reviews however I was very impressed... I tend to go by my own experiences rather then others when it comes to dealing with businesses that service a multitude of people. You see I worked in the hotel industry. A 6 diamond resort that would receive thousands maybe millions of guests a year...being on the inside I knew what it takes to run a successful ,"pleasing the senses" kind of operation. For every 100 people 5 would be unsatisfied and leave grotesc comments about the service, a lot of time over exaggerating the negative experience. I think its safe to say thats not bad at all....So I say this to say.... do not let these comments discourage you. There very well may have been more to the story. Here is my experience, and I chose to share bc I literally feel like they saved my life and helped me get my life in order. About a few months ago my estranged father passed away and left me a ton of property. Being a nubie in the real estate world I knew I needed an accountant like yesterday. The guy that normally did my taxes was away in Colombia. so I did some googling for accountants in my area and Kedean's Popped up. I called and I literally felt a sigh of relief with the wealth of information given to me. I'm a huge fan of customer service and bc so far so good , I decided to go in person and start my portfolio with them as soon as possible. From the moment I walked in the guidance I received was top notch. Its a family owned business and it shows in the warm way they great you. The rep took time to listen to my situation and advised me in a way that I'm forever grateful for, covering all bases from A-z.... They were able to review a mortgage modification contract to make sure I understood the details as well as notarized stacks of paper work explained how property tax works and informed me about the homestead act.... Needless to say this firm is now my "go to" for all my accounting needs. Anyway thanks for Iistening. I hope you guys find this review helpful. If your anything like me you will want to form your own opinion but I will say this....if you do.... you wont regret it."
