"I dislike writing reviews with negative feedback because I truly like to promote small businesses and value the commitment and effort put forward by those I review. So just know that I gave this business multiple chances and I am completely fed up. . I still have not received my 2021 taxes due to an error done by Pedro, one of the tax preparers over at Diaz & Diaz Tax Services. It wasn’t until this year I informed him of his mistake where he had to complete a 1040-X. It’s almost time to do taxes again and I am still waiting for 2021. Because of the neglect on his part, I decided not to go to him for last year’s taxes and will no longer go to this place. . Be careful who you let do your taxes! As a mother, I rely on that extra money to pay for expenses for my children. I don’t know if I will ever get that money and it’s because of an error that was not done on my part. . I have called almost every week to know the status of my claim, and I get the same response, the IRS is backed up. But I received last year’s taxes within a week… but not 2021. It’s a shame, I paid Pedro to do my taxes and still didn’t receive anything. I also asked for my money back since I never received the full services I was intended to get, and they never refunded me. Please do not go here or let any of your friends or loved ones go here!"
