"I received this as a gift. The presentation was beautiful. The edible portion was fantastic. The flowers however were NOT. There were 4 sunflowers- WAY past their prime, the remaining flowers only lasted 3 days total despite giving them the proper care. Edible fruit - BUY, flowers- DO NOT INCLUDE THEM."

"Terrible customer service! The manager is even worst than the employees! They refused to redeem my coupon in the store and lied to me stating that I needed to do it online. The coupon never worked online so when I called custom service about the coupon, they informed me that the store is most definitely supposed to redeem the coupon for me. The representative then called the store and got in touch with the manager. She was no better. She had an attitude from the beginning and refused to switch out some of the fruit that my mother was allergic to, telling me "they give me what they want, and I can not switch out anything! Unbelievable! When I went to pick of the fruit, the manager was moody and rude as if she hated her job and everyone was going to know it. I proceeded to walk out and said "thank you" and she never answered me back. Very rude! Go somewhere else...these people are miserable at this store."
