"My husband ordered me flowers for our wedding anniversary, what we got from Flowers Ethan did not match the fall floral description at all and the few roses that were included are now all dead and wilted, 2 days later. They used very poor quality flowers that were past their life and as such I didn't get to enjoy my flowers. The vase was also clearly a leftover as my husband ordered a fall theme and the vase was light blue, with bright reds and yellow flowers, looked completely out of place. I could tell they did not put much thought or care into this arrangement and as such we will never order here again and I'd recommend everyone take the negative reviews seriously."

"We had an arrangement delivered for our 17th anniversary last Wednesday (ordered through Just Blooms). On Thursday I started plucking badly wilted and drooping roses. Removal of dying flowers continued on Friday and Saturday. Pics attached are from Sunday. We paid for the 'greatest' size but the arrangement was about half of what was shown in the picture. We also paid for a 'Happy Anniversary' balloon. It was missing. I understand that the pandemic is causing supply issues in all industries but rather than provided a less than par delivery, use alternate flowers or communicate with the customer and offer an alternate or adjustment. Update... the purple vase is not a purple vase. It is a clear vase with a purple coating that washes off. I chose this arrangement for the purple vase and the anniversary balloon. In the end, I have neither. Very disappointed in the short life of the skimpy arrangement and the vase."
