"I have been filing returns with her since 2016. But since last year her service has deteriorated. This year she didn't file my taxes correctly and I didn't get any refund instead I have to pay IRS now. Worst part is she is not responding to emails, calls, sms. I have tried all means to reach out to her but no luck. I would suggest everyone to be aware and look for some other tax filing agency instead of wasting your time and in the end getting no proper solution. I wanted to give 0 stars but there is no option in google for the same. Please please please dont use this agency for your tax filing. A big thumbs down KAMALJIT… Update : One of my friend reached out to her and asked her to call us back or inform us on the status of the returns but she told him that since we gave her negative review so she wont help us in any matter. Is this professionalism and this is how you treat a loyal client who has been with you since 2016? More updates: Checked with other tax agency and got to know that the taxes were filed incorrectly.and she didn’t include important details which resulted in an issue. So guys pls be aware and find some other good tax agency to file your returns instead of wasting your valuable time and money."

"CAUTION!!! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL Unfortunately had to go this store for taking passport size photos for renewing the passport. Highly unprofessional and very rude. I would never go again - not just for passport, but for any kind of service being advertised. They don't even know the photo requirements - they just click the picture, print it and collect money - the application has been rejected."
