"Fraud .. I used Zaky to file my taxes for couple of years. Now I started getting notices from IRS that my state taxes were filed incorrectly, in fact he filed everything instead of CA to NJ for 3 years. Now i have to pay CA taxes with penalty & interests . Now when I reach out to him, he does not respond at all. I dont think this Zaky is even qualified , i have filed a compliant to NJ board of CPA against him. Suggest everyone do the same."

"They have the worst service ever and I would never do my tax return with them again. First I didn’t receive my tax returns until now simply because of a mistake he did. I have been trying to call them and I left so many massages they never got back to me. I swear I would never advise anyone to go and do their tax return with them or any other services."

"This accountant is worst person. During tax filing season, they make you believe they handle any issues/letters if you get. But I received letter from IRS, the support I am receiving from them is worst. Never believe these guys and do not go for itemized returns unless you have all the supporting documents. They charge you very high and these are cheaters. Now I have to pay ~$9000 to IRS because he mis-guided us and did not properly educate us. It is accountant responsibility to educate tax payers on all aspects they are claiming in returns. You will end up with frustration. Their business is mostly from desi tax payers residing here and they are cheating us. Never go to him for tax filing."

"Had been filing my tax returns from them since many years until last year. But in the last 2 years, I have received notices from IRS demanding proof of certain deductions claimed, once for 2015 taxes and this time for 2016. Since I could not respond, I had to payback, and now will have to second time. I trusted them with my taxes and now I feel cheated. And the worst part is that they are not responding to my emails. It's more frustrating for me, as I have moved out of USA. He will get you more refund, but in future you are at a huge risk of getting notices from IRS. !!! BE CAREFUL !!!"

"The worst customer service. He'll file your taxes but It's impossible to get him hold of him when you need assistance to respond to audits or any such IRS letters. Be prepared to get frustrated when dealing with them. Doesn't reply to emails, doesn't pick up calls, when they do answer calls, you will be put on hold immediately by the receptionist, until you give up and hang up yourself. During the tax season,they ll simply tell you that they ll deal with audits after the tax season, but as I'm discovering now, Ttheir service hasn't improved at all. The only reason i m dealing with them because I m stuck with an audit for a prior year return that he filed."
