"Yesterday, I had two issues at our county fair. The AoA manager on site was easy to work with and quickly resolved my issues to my full satisfaction. Also, my kids enjoyed the rides and had a lot of fun. The ride operators were friendly. Thank you!"
"Me and my parents used to travel with them they are amazing company The rides are great the people are amazing The food joints are also absolutely amazing cotton candy is delicious overall just a great experience they're the best company out there"
"Have worked numerous locations, spots, with the Big A. Some still current and others have passed. From Columbus Ohio to Meadowlands New Jersey and many in between. Show has always been professional and safe along the way and over the years. As with any traveling amusement they come with issues but none to severe or that weren't addressed in order to keep the public and employees safe. This is a top notch amusement company and second to none."
"Only thing I have to say is that this company really and literally have KILLER rides! They got the boot from Ohio State Fair in 2019 and I am sure glad of it! The last time I rode any rides at the Ohio State Fair the rides were very rickety and rackety. I actually seen loose bolts on one ride and the operator just said oh its no big deal as it happens all the time. Just goes to show you what type of company these people are! The Fireball ride actually killed 2 people. The one person Tyler died that day at the scene. His girlfriend was severely injured and just recently died from her injuries from the Fireball incident that day. So now Amusements of America has had 2 deaths from their Fireball ride instead of just 1. Even 1 is too many. Those ride operators are to blame for their deaths as are the inspectors from the State that gave the ride a green light to operate at the fair then. Really is a sad situation however AOA is the only ones to blame in those deaths on the Fireball ride that day!"
"The worst of the worst!!! Horrible people! I paid 25 for tickets and I asked for the time they closed and she said it depends! I turn around and they said we are closing in 5 minutes. I couldn't ride anything and asked for a refund from multiple staff and they refused. I am so disappointed on how horrible these people are! They said it's for a charge, what kind of church steal children money? Never had such horrible experience!"
