"Undergone a recent clean-up, getting restocked. Sadly they didn't have Greta crackers, the 1 thing I went for. Cashier was friendly & patient w/a customer who had trouble with her card. This one had a superior crafts section & excellent cookie selections."

"Oh Lori. She was the manager in the Rt 1 store and somehow made her way over here yet she is still continues to be a nasty and miserable manager who doesn’t know the least bit of customer service. I tried to return an online item and she claimed they didn’t accept returns, only exchanges and made me take my item back home. I called customer service and they told me that Lori did not give me accurate information. You can in fact return online orders to the store, you just need to call customer service while at the store. So I did just that and was able to get my refund. I’m not sure if it’s lack of training or Lori just being Lori (lazy and not helpful) but she made this an unpleasant experience."

"Not the 1st time this manager was rude to me and other customers. Very unprofessional. My 2nd time and a mistake to do cat food pick up from this location for non profit I support. I was approached with attitude, the system went off line. I was patiently waiting until my turn. She turned around and said I can't take care of her right now. Then yelled to ask my name and last name for pick up. With an attitude she yelled at 1 customer asking for funnel item and in condescendinglying tone asked what do you need for food or automobile? The customer wasn't sure. Like they were incompetent. My jaw just dropped. Then the cat food cases was left on floor and one of her coworker said are you going to help? She said he** no, chuckled while they continue to gossip about the other coworkers brother who got into a surgery. They really got paid to gossip while on clock. This dollar tree have mix of good CS and very unprofessional ones. I have noticed she/he bullies some of her staff with her rude behavior. All I ask is to be nice to people like customers. They're paid to do that and not mistreat customer. Thanks to Gabrielle aka Gabby the manager for giving such unprofessional treatment to customers. Kudos to your behavior. We reported you to corporate."
