"We purchased 13 banana leaves for Vishu this year. We were allowed to check each leaf for any tears( normally other stores do not allow you to check each leaf). Also gave me one free leaf. The leaves were thick and not the flimsy ones. Also, bought 2 boxes of jasmine flowers and loose flowers. They were very fresh. The store employees were very cordial. We highly recommend Balaji Flowers."
"I want to give them negative stars if it was possible. I ordered flowers for my baby shower, I communicated to them 10 days prior to remind them to ship in time. However they shipped it the 2 days before and The flowers were not that great.By the event day the complete order was spoiled , i had to re arrange flowers from produce junction spending extra money . When I called them back they were like we could have shipped them on different day but the shipping price might be high, if in such cases they should have told me earlier and I could pay extra and got them 1 day before. I received wrong flowers, especially told them i need exact onces but they messed the order. I spent around $95(flowers)+$30 (shipping) and spent 45$ again on flowers. Worst customer service. I would recommend Vivek flowers over balaji. Worst management. Anurag was the person who handled my order issue. After a day they stopped replying just said nothing can be done now."
