We ordered banana leaves for our party on Wednesday as they promised Friday delivery.. and there was no snow storm as per any weather forecast in th world but today is past 2 days of our party and still we dint receive our package .. the store people are so irresponsible to respond that they can refund as their job is done by giving to fedex… I just need to trash those items when i recieve .. please don’t do any ordering with them for shipping else u will Also get pissed off … if this review is not posted .. I’ll deposing many places as I lost 130$ for no reason"

"i have been buying Flowers and other items from Vivek for few years now. Recently, it so happened my package was lost by FEDEX. Even before i called Vivek, they called me and told that the package was lost. Immediately they arranged for a new shipment and delivered it overnight. Apparently the old package was also delivered to me and Vivek told me to keep that aswell. The customer service was exceptional and i will always buy from them.They understood the importance of Customer requirements.."

"Flowers are fresh. They pack really well. Poojai items also good. But people works in the store randomly add money without proper calculation (verbal:manually). So you might end up in paying more. So please pay attention to the invoice calculation. Quality wise its damn good"

"This place has A-Z for all your religious needs. The first time I was here, I was amazed by the type of items they sell other than just flowers. If being in NJ wasn’t enough to make you feel you are in India, get into this store and you will get all the feelers of being in a Hindu temple in India. They have everything you need for a festival or rituals and also offer overnight shipping of items. Pricing seemed to be bit more than optimal but the quality is nothing less. Parking shouldn’t be a problem but finding the right entrance in order to get to this store might be bit confusing. Take the entrance to the PNC bank and cut two lefts and not take the Apna Bazar entrance."
