"Really disappointed with their store front. Much, much smaller than I expected which means far less options than what you see online. They have cool things on line but nothing too great in store. Even my 4 year old was dissatisfied. We had 1/2 a day before we left New York and choose to spend it eating in Brooklyn and taking our kids here instead of some really great other options and if I could do it again, I would have spent our time elsewhere. Nothing great to see here in person. Sorry to say because I love the online shop!"

"I had kind of an unsettling experience here looking for Waldorf-inspired toys. The person behind the counter was definitely not helpful or child friendly. Never said hello or acknowledged my kid. There was one other person in the store. After our purchase, my kid said thank you very audibly and the person didn’t even look at her, or really thank me for our purchase. She also never offered a receipt which was annoying because I actually want to return our product just due to the nature of the customer service. When we exited, this guy accosted us just outside the storefront. We went back in the store obviously distraught, but the person behind the counter really didn’t seem to care."
