"I was looking to purchase the last few things from my baby registry and most places were out of stock of what I was looking for. Dimples baby had it in stock so I ordered there. With supply chain issues (totally out of their control) they too ended up being out of it. After contacting the store, they were incredibly responsive and found a solution to still get me what I was looking for. They shipped it out asap (the week of Christmas) and now I have a staple item I needed to feel ready to welcome baby home! Great customer service especially during a hard time for all retailers. Will be ordering from them again."

"I cannot believe they are still in business! I bought an $800.00 stroller online, they sent the wrong stroller. We sent it back and they refused to send the correct stroller or give a refund. It took months for us to get our money back and they wanted to refund us in installments. They dodged phone calls, were rude, did not respond to messages.... In 20 years I think I have wrote 2 bad reviews in my entire life. This is two of two. Buyer you have been warned..... Buy your stuff elsewhere."
