"The lady there is BEYOND disrespectful. She was incredibly rude and treated me awfully as well. She mocked me and told me to “use my brain” and some of the workers made sly racist remarks towards me and referred to me as “the African” she publicly show her frustration at me for not understanding Spanish although I tried my best to comprehend what she was saying, and informed her that I do not speak nor do I understand Spanish! Mind you I am a minor, this is not even half of it! I will end it here I DO NOT recommend coming here at All. NEVER AGAIN!"

"Don’t waste your time ordering here, when you have a business your suppose to be understanding of the customer, even if your faking it . That is the business. At 9 am they tell me my order of over 100$ will be out before 11am then when I call after 11, they change it around and say that it’s actually leaving the store at 11 and can be delivered anywhere from then to 7 pm . When someone places an order to a specific address , you cannot expect that person will be sitting around all day waiting on the delivery or not to mention be at that location all day especially if it’s a surprise. By far the most irresponsible, uncaring flower shop. Not to mention that after I told the girl I would be leaving a review she said you do that , and hung up. Good luck keeping a business running during these difficult times and running the way you are."

"Ordered flowers through 1800 flowers. Ordered 3 days before my Mother in laws bday. She never received them...eventhough I received an email saying it was delivered. The next morning I receive an phone call from the delivery man 830 am. I thought that was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He tells me the flowers weren't delivered because his van broke down and the address was wrong. He continues to tell me, "the address was wrong.".and he didn't want to knock on the door at 8pm because that was very disrespectful. To make the long story short I handled the situation with 1800flowers..who had the right address. I read the reviews after The deliver guy gave up the establishment he delivered for. Not impressed. And I would never use them out right."

"I ordered a fall themed flower arrangement with a pumpkin vase to give to my mother for her birthday on behalf of my son, she was very surprised and excited to see such a beautiful and different arrangement. She was was very happy with her gift that was also accompanied by a Happy Birthday balloon and a box of chocolates. I would also like to add that customer service were very helpful and polite when I called with some questions. I was very satisfied with my purchase and I will definitely order again in the future."
