"I rarely write reviews, but this flower shop is the best and deserved a 5-star review! I was coming in from out of town to visit a friend and wanted something simple. I called the day before and the girl who answered the phone was very patient and extremely helpful. I bought a mid-size arrangement which was perfect. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. The store is perfectly sized, clean, and smells like the freshest flowers - as it should! I am so pleased with the experience!"

"Beautiful arrangements, which makes it such a shame that the customer service is so terrible! When there is a minor issue that can be easily resolved, you are met with hostility and anger from a woman named Barbara. If you bring awareness to this issue, Barbara will then repeatedly call you and harass you. I would think twice before buying from this business! There are much better flower shops that provide beautiful arrangements as well as amazing costumer service."

"I’m baffled at the customer service here. I had a friend that tried to place an order for me to pick up and was trying to explain to the woman (I believe her name is Barbara) who works there that someone from the area would pick it up although she lived in another state. Barbara refused to proceed with the order and canceled it. I then tried to place an online order myself where there was a minor complication that could’ve been handled easily but was given a call to state that the order was canceled and it is considered “fraud” to place another one when it was my first time ordering from this place. This place is losing business because this woman has a hot temper and won’t work with her customers. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Mary is very accommodating and has reasonable prices. Her work is amazing. She had done beautiful centerpieces for an event I hosted. Recently I purchased beautiful yellow and lilac roses and the presentation of them with coordinating ribbons was really a hit. Thank you Mary."
