Edible Arrangements

"Communication from this store is atrocious. I have called 4 times today, left a message and still haven’t heard back. I called the 1-800 customer service number and they told me the website that showed it was out for delivery at 8am was a “mistake”. The recipient will be going out later today and I can’t contact the store to ask for rushed delivery. It’s not like this stuff is cheap either, hoping at least thr product is good quality, that’s of course if they delivery before the recipient leaves the residence. Won’t be using them in the future."

"I should have just read the reviews beforehand. I placed my order over a month in advance for an order to pick up today. I called 5 times before going in to verify my order was complete at 1pm, even though a sales associate confirmed at purchase it would be available for pick up by 12pm and no one answered the phone for any of the calls! I show up to the store and they weren’t even aware that an order was pending, I then had to wait over an hour while they rushed my order on the spot after being told it would only take 15 minutes. This order was for a special event that now has pushed back my whole day. What ever you do please do not order from this location. if they were truly concerned with the level of disservice provided this would not be similar stories described in the reviews for years."

"50% of the delivery showed up AND it was to the incorrect address. Was trying to contact the shop to get the rest of the order shipped but the Bigger issue is that I’ve been calling for 5 days and nobody answers the phone or returns voicemails. Guess I’ll need to contact corporate HQ to get a response."

"Terrible experience, employees do not change gloves after touching money , phones etc and then pack your fruits etc . Very unprofessional & super dirty inside the store . i went into the store and placed an order , only to pick up and receive the wrong items. And items i received were packaged as if they were basically thrown on there. i have asked to speak to Mohammed several days now and he never gets back to me. I ordered cupcakes and a arrangement Arrangements were wrong size and cupcakes were wrong on-top of it being packaged in a used container . When asked for a new container she removed sticker residue. When re arranging the arrangement she did not change her gloves and did it with her dirty gloves. In addition every request I requested was ignored. They didn’t have any thing they advertised so they had to “ work with what they had”"
