"I really wanted to keep my vendors as local as possible and I am Fort Montgomery so I naturally looked at Lily’s of the Valley and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them! I had a really tight budget so my flowers were the last thing I booked and Janet was incredible, she took my very general ideas and turned it into something gorgeous. I cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work and how beautiful everything turned out! I cannot recommend them highly enough!"

"I recommended and used this flower shop for my sister’s wedding, and it was a complete disaster. The bride’s bouquet was not what we saw and ordered from the store catalog. The bouquet flowers started coming out the moment the flower was delivered (a few minutes before the bride walked down the aisle). The fresh flowers for the cake were pretty much dead and looked extremely old despite spending hours in the fridge before the the cake was brought out. After the wedding was over, I went to the store to explain how things turned out; however, the owner, Janet, became confrontational and irate. I explained and made it clear to her that I wasn’t there to ask for money return; I just wanted her to be informed about the situation, so the store employees wouldn’t ruin another wedding. Very dissatisfied & disappointed—waste of money!"
