"My daughter and I just had our first appointments (on separate days) with Dr Hyett. We both agreed afterwards that we made a great choice in switching over to Dr Hyett. Every member of his staff whom we encountered were very friendly, professional (and complimentary). Susan, the receptionist was very "present" and patient during our initial phone conversation. At our appointment, Dr Hyett's nurse, Lori, also was amazing. She spoke to us with compassion and treated us like family right from the start as she discussed and thoroughly documented our personal and family medical history. Then after seeing Dr Hyett, we knew for sure that we had made a good choice. He is kind and caring and he made us feel very at ease. His bedside manner is amazing! In addition, his exam rooms have a nice touch. The ceiling lights have shades that look like the actual sky and clouds; one also has palm trees in the midst like you are standing beneath a palm looking at the sky. It was a nice distraction during a very comfortable exam. We especially liked the time he takes after the exam, in his office, where he talks one on one to answer our questions and discuss his synopsis of our exam. Instead of the norm of talking in the exam room, this way you are more ready to listen and comprehend what the doctor is discussing with you. And less rushed as well. We are very pleased with our decision to see Dr Hyett and we know we are in the best of care. So happy that we were recommended to him. We fully endorse recommending Dr Hyett."
