"I went to Reclaim to discuss trigger point injections for a shoulder problem. Was impressed with the Doctor, however subsequently received a bill for $572 for a urine drug test. Totally ridiculous to mandate a drug test when i wasn't seeking medication. Unnecessary tests without informing a patient they are responsible for a outlandish fee is not ethical"
"Missed or cancelled to many appointments I was told they are strict anxiety and panic should be considered some days are good some are bad. The one girl at the front is very sarcastic her attitude discussed me. I felt like she was talking to me like a child. Yeppers new Dr for me. I got a response today I'm not to waste anyone's time. The office is awful they want to do holistic treatment doesn't work for everyone after seeing Dr I still had pain I was just given another pill on top of the ones I had for so called pain relief. Don't waste my time and I will not waste yours truth be told Dr offices don't care about anyone's mental health they just want that MONEY!!"
"The lack of communication in this office is baffling. I’ve left legitimately about 7 messages regarding my MRI, finally someone reached out to me yesterday to tell me they didn’t have the clinical notes. The MRI was ordered on 3/14/23. It’s April 7th. Why not call me back? Why not take the initiative and call the physical therapy office for the notes needed? This is an absolute delay in care. Bridgette, I could tell, just wanted me off the phone because she kept blaming the Athena system. That is unacceptable. In all 7 messages I asked for a call back, I asked if there was anything I could do to help, I stressed the importance of why I needed the MRI…it’s not a system problem, it’s a staff problem. And I like Dr. Custer very much. I trust his advice, his plan of care, his overall medical opinion so to know first hand that the staff is the demise of this office is upsetting. Someone should have called me back after the first phone call I made. I spoke with Emily and Amanda several times, I know they sent those messages over. I also worked with the Athena system at a medical office—I know how accurate and officiant it is. Unacceptable."
"The office staff either likes you or they simply don’t. I had trouble getting my scripts filled if the insurance put it on hold.. getting someone to answer the phone is whole other issue. Changing or canceling of an appointment is practically impossible. I was told in August 2022 not to miss another appointment or Id be dropped.. I had covid on my last scheduled appointment-(12/20/22)woke up with it! Tried to call the office several times before finally getting to speak with one of the front desk. I told Bridgette; I had to miss and why. She agreed. I was told to call back when I wasn’t sick to reschedule. So I did. I called and scheduled an appointment,I explained that I took a fall and fractured my collarbone… only to get a voicemail from the office the next morning that I had been dropped!! That would have been nice to know in December! How unprofessional. I’d recommend another facility. Update: I emailed before I wrote my review(no response).. and I have now responded to the request to speak in person. Look forward to speaking with you. Update: the response was just to save face. No one called. Good luck if you go here."
"Seems like they just want to prescribe Gabapentin, Dr immediately scheduled tests for neuropathy w/o any symptoms other than my resume of Chemo and cancer. They said I missed appointments but never received any communication from them on the appointments they say I missed, every Doctors office I deal with calls to confirm appointments. IMO they suck. I see 5-6 Doctors a month, they are not very good. iMO. Wasted months of my time, if I could give a negative star rating that’s what they’d get."
