"Worst doctors office ever to get ahold of! Especially in a urgent matter. They never answer there appointment line or the nurses line. I understand people are busy, but I have been with them for quite some time and its always the same thing."
"I’ve been going to both the Ob/gyn and The FAMILY Medicine for years and the staff are absolutely amazing and caring people. Ive been with them for a few years now and only the lady Donna was a poor employee , Kameesha and the rest of the staff are so welcoming. Very compassionate and a great sense of humor. They always puts a smile on my face . If I ever have to move in the future I will be be very sad to have to change providers. Highly recommended!"
"I have spoke with Carmen (Office manager) regarding sending medical records to new Dr.'s office about a month ago. Carmen also said she would also call me back. WELL if I would have held my breath waiting I would be dead. I called again today 9/14/18 spoke with Jasmine & she is going to look into getting my records faxed. Now we will see. If the manager can not get the job done then maybe they need to hire a more efficient manager."
"Would double check insurance/billing information with someone else other than the secretary before you leave. She didn’t send my insurance information to a company. Called them the moment I received a bill and the same secretary told me she has already taken care of it. I got another bill the next month and went into the office personally this time. Again, the secretary told me that she’ll look it over, but they’ve already taken care of it. A month after I went into the office and made sure with the secretary that I didn’t owe any money because my insurance covered the whole visit (even had me sign a paper that stated my insurance info and how I had no copay), a precollection notice after 3 months of bill notices is mailed out to me. Another secretary apologized and verified that it was their mistake and they’ll take care of it (again). Finally, someone from the billing company called me and told me that Reliance should’ve taken care of this months ago and told me that I never owed anything and that he would take care of it. Just disappointed in the business aspect of it and the reassured lies that were being told by the secretary."
