"I'm not even sure where to begin. I used to read all the reviews praying I could leave my positive outcome and experience. The facility is clean, staff is friendly, and service is top-notch. 2 years ago, I set an appointment for a consultation. We had a very thorough visit, that took about 2 hours talking about medical history and plans with Dr. Damien. My husband and I did bloodwork and I did an ultrasound. We began the screening phase. Dr. Damien followed up personally with each result and next steps. By the end of the month, we had an exact diagnosis, which was devastating, but at least gave us direction. Dr. Damien provided recommendations as though we were his family members. He encouraged us to pursue it with full force, every effort, and from a humanity standpoint he knew that even if it failed, we would have peace knowing we gave our best shot. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and when I would call for advice he would be tough but honest. Fast forward about a year, we were back in his office after his recommendation of completing steps with a top surgeon. We made it much further than we imagined and we began the IVF process. We met the nurses, the coordinators, the financial team, and everyone who handled us from each department was so so kind, patient, and complationate. Even when I'd leave a voicemail, I knew I'd get a call back within an hour. I never had to dial in twice to follow up on questions, medications, treatments, appointments. They are organized and communicative. Specifically would like to thank the crew that makes it happen. The front desk for always getting me with big smiles and optimism. Nurse Mikhaela who handled my script orders and refills, explained medication schedules, and never made me feel intimidated to ask repeatedly when I didn't understand a mixture because it was all new to me. Nurse Christina, Danielle, Meg. Always smiling, always promptly returning my calls, giving me bloodwork results. Dr Damien and his team are just amazing and one cannot run without the other. You can see the effort on all ends from the lab to the embryologist to the phone center. And finally- results matter! Dr. Damien was able to get me my first positive test, my first heartbeat, my first PREGNANCY! It took me one round and I feel so fortunate and grateful to have found this clinic. I know many people who struggle much longer but I know this team really put in their best efforts to change lives and make dreams come true. I was devastated to have graduated, but I can't wait to return for baby #2. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. THANK YOU for all you do each and every day for your patients."

And now today we are celebrating our son's first birthday if it wasn't for Dr. Damien and Dr. Holden and there amazing staff. We never be here celebrating our son's 1st birthday.
