"Dr Alcera runs this place and i hated working with him and his staff. he is rude and arrogant and thinks he knows more than the patient does. he told me only he could handle my case. i was given stipulations by him and his staff. providers here only want what they want and do not care about the patient. do not go here at all it will cause you to lose faith and trust in providers."

"I suggest you go almost anywhere else, honestly. I've had endless billing problems including my checks being cashed but not credited to my account, being billed multiple times per visit under different account numbers, and ultimately being referred to a collection agency because of said issues. When you call the billing department, they will tell you that your account number is not one of theirs and they can't help you. Additionally, Meridian seems to have a hard time keeping doctors and therapists, so don't get too attached -- you'll get someone new every 3-6 months. Finally, they have a very hard time submitting prescriptions and I've run out of medication a couple times because nobody was willing/able to help. This most recent time I've opted not to go back and cancelled all my future appointments."
