"Terrible service!!! One of the doctor told me my pregnancy couldn’t be alive without checking my blood results, because of this I could lose my baby! My pregnancy is 6 weeks and I don’t know if u are doctor how u can’t know my weeks if they didn’t take any blood test or something I understand but they did test already, girls in front desk very rude and if u talk with them in English they will try to be kind but if u will talk in Russian they don’t answer to ur question! They are not normal! Terrible place rude service and unprofessional doctors, I wish I could put zero star!!!"

"When I made an appointment at the reception, I was told my analysis would be free. But two months later I received a bill for $120. Was it a deliberate lie or does the girl not know her job well? In response to my questions, they told me that before the appointment I should call my insurance company and they would tell me which tests are free, but I’m not a doctor, I don’t know what they will prescribe for me. I also did not receive an apology for the incorrect information."

"Absolutely terrible service all around. Front desk is THE WORST. I can never get through to this office to schedule an appointment, ask a question, or get a prescription refilled. I am not exaggerating when I say I have called the office multiple times a day for a whole week on two different occasions to try and get them to just pick up the phone. My routine checkups are never the same, every time they forget to do something different. The woman who takes blood isn’t any better, I was left with an extremely big bruise for a week. And of course this wasn’t the first time I had my blood drawn, and I have never been left with a bruise so big and for so long. When I had a serious health concern and had testing done, I did not hear a response from them until a month later!!!!! I won’t even begin to mention the excruciating long waiting times as every Russian office is the same story. Avoid this place at all costs. I’d give 0 stars if that was possible."

"Office that make money on your health. In other words, they don’t care about your health at all, that’s why I told just “office”. I didn’t have chance to talk to the doctor, because she is so “busy”, but her staff(nurses) came up with additional examinations for me, which, as I already found out thanks to the another doctor, I do not need to do at all, because everything is fine with my health. They are not health-oriented, they just drain money from your insurance. Don’t recommend! In addition, front-desk is awful. When you come,be ready that you will see unsatisfied faces. What drives me nuts, is that when they call and you don’t pick up or decline because you are busy, they immediately call your emergency number and tell everything about you. Where is privacy?"

Office is very clean, staff is very polite and doctor Irina is very professiinal. After my last visit to another gynecologist I finally was happy to find proper place. I highly recommend to everyone the services of Dr. Irina Mikheyeva."
