"Worst experience possible coming from a pediatric doctor. No bedside manner, did not even acknowledge her 6 year old patient, did not diagnose my daughter or gave any ideas or feedback from her medical assessment. And since she didn’t diagnose, did not prescribe anything. I ended up taking my daughter to the ER to find out she had a yeast infection as well as a UTI and needed antibiotics and antifungal cream. Meanwhile she sent her home with nothing and to bring her back in 2 weeks. No patient advocacy, no age specific bedside manner, no communication, delayed care, awful experience."

"My daughter just started going here and was due to have a procedure, but had scheduling conflicts and tried all day the day before to work them out. Judy is the one in charge of scheduling and she is awful and extremely rude. She cuts you off so you never get to explain anything and then she makes you feel guilty before she even knows the situation at hand. You were given 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason. Absolutely horrible. I’ll be looking for a new Dr for my daughter."

"Starting from the moment I walked in I felt like I was in good, caring hands. The secretary was courteous and helpful. The nurse was kind and sweet. Dr. Appelbaum was really nice, patient, gentle, and knowledgable. She really put me at ease. She gave me as much time as I needed to discuss my concerns, and explained everything she was doing and was really sensitive. I was super impressed. I would highly recommend this practice!"
