"I made an appointment here because they excepted my insurance, I’m not sure if the woman I saw was a nurse practitioner or a physicians assistant but anyway, it was not a pleasant experience from the woman at the front desk who is not friendly at all, the only person there that was friendly was the young lady who took me to the room and took my information, I was there for two problems that I had, and I was told that I had to come back for the second one that only one could be addressed when I had made the for both, she went to speak to the nurse/physician, then came back and said fine, I feel that my concerns were not addressed, they were kind of just put aside. She found two moles that she thought maybe were a little dark, so she was going to scrape them and send them out for a biopsy but of course I had to come back for her to do that. I knew they just wanted to get two co-pays out of me. I will not be coming back."
"Went in as a new patient & told the nurse & doctor I wanted a skin screening because it's been 5-6 years since my last one. I also said my OB wanted one mole checked. They ignored my request for a skin scan, the doctor said "that won't be possible today because you came in for 1 mole." (Not true, so their listening skills are poor). Now I have to wait a month before they will see me again for what I actually wanted. Not pleased."
"Dr Saif was wonderful. She explained everything and was very thorough in her skin screening examination. She took biopsies of 2 spots and froze two others. I was happy that she took care of them immediately rather than having me come back. The office staff was warm, welcoming, efficient & friendly. I would definitely recommend this practice."
