Dr. Autry was amazing for my sons birth and that whole process. I have recommended them patients as well because of their hospitality and how caring they are! Would want to go anywhere else ❤️"
"The staff is courteous and always follow up. They have all been very supportive throughout my pregnancy. You can always get an appointment and never had to wait for more than 15 minutes. Dr. Roberts is fantastic ! She is pleasant , easy going and incredibly skilled. i has a c- section and she and the hospital staff were just amazing."
"I have been seeing Dr Audrey Hicks for over 10 years. I’ve always had a great experience. Appointment times are accurate and they don’t keep you waiting long. I saw Dr Roberts for my pregnancy and she also delivered my baby. The entire experience from prenatal to delivery was exceptional. She is very personable, professional, and informative. "Haven’t been there in years, when I went to confirm I was pregnant I met with Sam first, she was so nice and walked me through the next steps. Any questions I had she answered if she didn’t have an answer she told Dr. Roberts and the Dr answered my questions in the room with me. My first prenatal appointment I met with Beth, she is so nice and very thorough with everything she took her time with me and made sure everything including my next appointment was set up before she even walked out of the room! Overall I had an amazing experience, the women in this office make you feel like they’ve known you for years! Despite my past they look past that and I can enjoy my pregnancy with these women without feeling judged! Thank you woman to woman"
"I have been going to doctor hicks for years now. She is a wonderful woman. She tries her best to explain everything to you and she is always doing what is best. Doctor Roberts is another lovely doctor. I have never had any issues with either of them. As far as the front desk complaints, in my experience I have not had any issues. There is a bit of wait time but they always take the most important patients first. Like because I'm not pregnant, I do wait longer because they do take pregnant woman in first but that is what I love about them. It shows they are compassionate and care about the people they take care of. I love woman to woman and I recommend them to everyone."
