"I was a patient of Dr. Goldstein’s for about a few years, and he was great, but has since retired. I decided to try going to a Nurse Practitioner for my annual exam. I made an appointment with Ashley, but she had an emergency, so she had to leave, and I wound up seeing Karen. I’m honestly so happy I did! She was kind, funny, and incredibly thorough. She took her time and answered any and all questions that I had. Will ABSOLUTELY be returning to her as long as she is with the practice. Highly recommend Karen Lowe!"

"I had a successful VBAC with Dr.Back. I also unfortunately miscarried this past July and Dr.Back was great with getting me through the process. He checked up on me multiple times afterwards. I had to switch practices because of insurance, but I really liked them."

"The doctors need better bed side manors and to be on the same page. Each appointment I kept being switched between Dr Back and Dr Goldstein who contradict each other on their medical advice. The ultrasound tech needs sensitivity training. After being told your miscarrying your baby no one wants to hear a minute later from the ultrasound tech ‘at least you got pregnant’ completely insensitive."

"Anytime I've ever had to call them I've only ever gotten someone very rude and nasty on the phone. She sighs many times while on the phone with me, acts as if she can't be bothered and repetitively talks down to me. It's a shame since I like the nurses and nurse practitioner but I don't think I should have to put up with the nasty attitude anymore just to get through to them, will be going to a different practice from now on."

"I honestly wish I could give this practice zero stars. I moved to this area not very long ago and then my husband and I found out we were expecting. I googled and read all these wonderful reviews and thought I would give them a try. RUN in the opposite direction!!! Everyone is nasty. The lady who was at the window couldn't be bothered. I actually asked her if I was bothering her. It was a nightmare. I was supposed to see Dr. Goldstein but instead it was just a nurse practitioner. She literally just read back to me my patient history. Complete waste of my time and they charge you for that. Next appointment a week later same bitchy lady at the front. Can't even say hi or how are you. I stood in the window while she finished her conversation before she even looked my way. Again, my appointment was with Dr. Goldstein. Read great things about him...instead a man come in, no doctor coat, doesn't introduce himself, just asked me to spread my legs, did a pap and then asked me to get dressed and meet him in another room. Super uncomfortable. His name was Dr. Back. He had no bedside manners. Was rude and judgmental. I asked if I could see Dr. Goldstein for my next appointment and the woman scheduling the appointments told me no. I can go on and on about how disappointed I was in this office. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else!!!!!"
