"The front desk lacks professionalism. Generally speaking, people who are there are not well and many have questions. Being told not to yell (was not yelling, was asking questions) then not being given answers. Second, I had an appointment and was kept waiting 45 minutes. My family will be looking for another facility."

"The check in is a bit laborious, being prompted so many time to fill out forms, then to also see your ID and insurance card after it’s already uploaded onto the registration. The wait was quick and the techs in the back were very kind and kept the appointments moving. If I could make a recommendation is to provide better comfort for patient who it’s not easy to lay on a hard surface for close to an hour. It was a painful experience and I don’t think that it in this day and age, it shouldn’t be a matter of “grin and bear it”. There has to be better props or cushions that can accommodate a patient who can tolerate the pain, but they really shouldn’t have to. That is a business objective and not a short coming of the the techs, who tried to help using only use what they have. Thank you to the appointment desk, front office staff and technicians, who were the best part of the MRI study today."
