"Tonight I had an appointment and I received a phone call after being 15 minutes late, stating that the doctor left, and not to come to my appointment. I was literally in the building going up to the office when I received this call. I left my job in NYC 1.5 hours early to make this appointment. I explained this, but was met with a cold, sorry the doctor left. I cannot tell you how many times I've waited a minimum of 45 minutes to 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time, to Dr. Romano. This doctor has the audacity to leave her patients stranded, because they are 15 minutes late! What doctor does that?! What a rude, arrogant and uncaring way to treat a patient. There are many good caring doctors out there who would never treat their patients like this!"

"Would never recommend to anyone. She was absolutely rude to my mother. Questioning her treatment from 12 years ago, terrorizing her and scaring her to the point of on-going tears. If you like having a rude doctor with no sympathy for your medical history, then by all means go ahead. But doctor romano has no idea what the concept “bedside manner” or manners at all means. My mother came in for a routine Pap smear, not dr. Romano’s opinion on what she should have done 12 years ago. She even went to say “if the results came back bad” she would send her away. Absolutely disgusted. Shame on you"

"If I could rate a 0 I would, dr Romano took care of my mother who have previously had cervical cancer and she was just nasty to say the least. She did not help in anyway. My mother went in for a routine checkup but instead she got yelled at. I would not recommend her for anyone. If your looking for a nice compassionate doctor she is not the one to go to."

The place is very clean and very beautiful. overall everyone they’re made me feel very comfortable and they were on time with their appointments and very attentive. I will definitely be back for future appointments."
