Other reviews lauded her bedside manner and willingness to listen, which is what drew me to this practice; that was not at all my experience. Aside from an apparent sheer lack of empathy and abundance of condescension over basic questions and requests, I found the onboarding process ineffective and confusing. As a new patient, I was told not to transfer my files ahead of time (I even called to double check this was the case). I was then asked to produce my files mid-appointment and was met with annoyance when I reported I didn’t bring them because I was told (twice) they’d be requested after the appointment. I won’t be returning."
